Pitfalls and Opportunities of Investing in Junior Mining

This presentation will explore the full breadth and depth of the mining ecosystem at a high level, through a typical mining value chain (exploration, development, mining, processing, transport, closure, etc.). Jessie will outline the key players in the mining value chain and how they interact with each other with particular focus on the mining finance sector. We will look at how junior mining companies can access financing, discuss the pros and cons of different capital structures and funding methods through a junior company’s lens. Finally, we will explore due diligence considerations when making mining investments.
