Panel Discussion: How Can You Ensure Your Work Practices and Culture Are Inclusive? The inclusion of diversities is both a human right and a business value. The Diversity and Inclusion Advisory Committee (DIAC) of CIM will host a virtual panel discussion on current views, status, shortfalls and changes that the industry needs to adopt to transform itself into a truly equitable business environment. A diverse workforce holds inherent potentials that are often not fully valued and engaged.

Canada has a unique role in the world as a diverse country, and our mining industry has an opportunity to become a world leader in the integration of diversities.
