Valerie has a passion for holistic global development, making the world a more beneficial place for all, and leveraging partnerships and areas of mutual benefit for the greater good. Valerie has served as Manager of Corporate Social Responsibility in major mining companies for over 10 years. She has worked closely with the PDAC for 12 years, both on the CSR Committee and as the Chair of the Diversity and Inclusion Working Group. She also served on the ICMM’s Community Health Working Group. Before working with the private sector, she worked with NGOs, governments, and First Nations communities on a variety of community development projects and programs.
