Our guest speaker for this meeting is Shoshana Green, partner at Green and Spiegel LLP, a boutique law firm specializing in Immigration Law. Shoshana will be providing an overview of Canada’s immigration system and provide insight on the impact of immigration law on the mining industry. Members will be provided with insight on how immigration can assist with staffing and recruitment. Given the global nature of the mining industry and Canada’s role, this will provide you with an opportunity to learn how foreign workers can be utilized to support the industry.
