January 2013 Networking Luncheon

Our guest speaker is Catherine McCall, Director of Policy Development for the Canadian Coalition of Good Governance (CCGG). Representing the interests of institutional investors, CCGG promotes good governance practices in Canadian public companies and the improvement of the regulatory environment to best align the interests of boards and management with those of their shareholders, and to promote the efficiency and effectiveness of the Canadian capital markets. Currently, there are 46 members, including pension funds, mutual funds and third party money managers, who manage nearly $2 trillion in assets on behalf of Canadian investors.
